We will visit and rigorously inspect your property using a tailored and thorough property management checklist. This checklist will include a general overview of the property as well as specific items you want to be checked. Following each inspection, you will receive a report on your property along with photographic evidence.

Check of garden and pool area, if any.

Identification of maintenance issues and organization of repairs.
Keys to your property will be securely stored in our office. Should you have anyone visiting/staying/working at your property, they can easily collect the keys from our office. Following confirmation of who will be collecting the keys from the property owner, the keys can be checked out and returned as often as needed.

- Shopping at cost; plus 15 € service charge plus VAT. The shopping list must be submitted by the owner with 48 hours notice.
- Babysitting 15 €/hour plus VAT.
- Each visit to your property outside the contracted monthly visit: 20€/ per +VAT. From the first hour onwards, 20 eur will be charged for each extra hour. + VAT.

Second Nest Managers S.L Maintenance can offer you House Keeping Services under these conditions:
- We need 48 hours’ notice period. Use one of our ways of communication and please ensure we confirm your petition.
- The daily maid cleaning service is available between 09:30 and 16:00 hours. Contact us in order to choose the time that suits you better.
These are our prices depending on the day of the week:
- Monday - Friday: 18,00€ + VAT/ per hour
